Normalizing LGBTQ Pornography

We’re told that being LGBTQ is not a choice in any sense. We’re told it’s an immutable characteristic. We’re told we’re bigoted if we say otherwise. Yet, here is a concerted effort by Pornhub to “turn” straight men, those who’ve never entertained other orientations—and it’s working.

Pornhub is coming for our children and our men.
A recent undercover investigation reveals the nation’s largest pornography distributor welcomes pre-teens and attempts to sway straight men toward LGBTQ pornography through gradual integration of unorthodox material.
Multiple employees were caught on camera admitting non-existent enforcement of age requirements to view or participate in homemade pornography. For example, anyone can access videos through a simple age verification checkbox. Participants must upload ID for consent, but it’s essentially a legal charade.
Despite a 2020 investigation that uncovered millions of child sex abuse videos, Pornhub has done little more than crisis PR to protect victims. After removing 9 million videos that year, the company admitted to covertly inserting more sexually deviant material into mainstream content to expand its reach and create new audiences.
Pornhub employee Dillon Rice candidly admitted to pushing gay and trans-targeted videos into “mainstream, vanilla content” as an experiment for clicks. Could they attract straight men to trans content? They plan to find out.

Humanity’s True Nature on Display

We hear that hate and inhumanity in the throngs of people chanting “Gas the Jews!” outside the Sydney Opera House. We watch it as privileged 20-somethings aggressively tear down Israeli hostage posters. We witness it as U.S. members of Congress refuse to condemn the ruthless murders of 1,300 Jewish civilians. The war resulting from the Hamas attack is a reminder of a world befallen by sin and sadness—that the sin that entered the world through one man still flourishes today. We are, so it seems, doomed to repeat the darkest elements of history until Jesus returns.

In a terrifying scene at the Dagestan airport in Russia, pro-Palestinian crowds stormed an airplane carrying passengers from Tel Aviv. More than 20 people were injured, 60 were arrested, and flights from Tel Aviv to Dagestan are suspended indefinitely.
Elsewhere in the world, at Cornell University, police are investigating a series of online threats against Jewish students, prompting the school to hire extra security for the Jewish Center and kosher dining hall.
Two weeks ago, 40-year-old Rabbi Samantha Woll was murdered outside her home in cold blood, and synagogues across the country are doubling up on security measures in the face of rising and blatant antisemitism.
The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) has recorded 312 antisemitic acts between Oct. 7 and Oct. 23 alone, and the group reports that such acts are up by 388 percent since 2022.
In the streets of New York City, London, and Washington D.C., among others, activists rally to support Hamas’ bloody attacks on Israeli civilians, calling them “freedom fighters” as reports of murdered families, beheaded babies, and tortured hostages continue to roll in.

Marriage Matters More than Ever

Today, more kids grow up in single-parent homes in America than in any other country in the world. No wonder we’re flailing and falling behind in so many ways. Strong marriages build strong families and strong societies. Humans were created with a desire to love and permanently connect and procreate within the institution of marriage. We should still encourage that as a society, especially because it’s an even healthier partnership than before.

It’s no surprise that marriage matters for the well-being of children, but a new report from the Institute for Family Studies finds that it matters now more than ever before.
A study comparing intact and broken families between two generations—boomers and millennials—found that the correlation between two-parent families and life success has dramatically increased with millennials.
For example, growing up with an intact family increases millennials’ odds of graduating from college by 163 percent, compared to just 78 percent for boomers. And 77 percent of millennials from intact families achieve middle or higher income by their mid-30s—a figure that is 20 percentage points higher than for their peers from non-intact families.
Children’s financial, social, and emotional welfare is on the line when it comes to marriage, and it’s worth Americans of all political stripes taking note. Thankfully, some progressive academics are getting on board.
“Denying that marriage has major consequences for the economic and social well-being of individuals and society is dishonest and counterproductive, especially when it comes to how children are being raised,” wrote Melissa Kearney, a senior fellow at the Brookings Institution and author of The Two-Parent Privilege.

An Agenda Other than Justice

Five pro-life activists who protested against Santangelo’s practice were found guilty of conspiracy and of violating the FACE (Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances) Act. They are looking at up to 11 years in prison, while Santangelo continues to work with a valid medical license. In 2020, the members of the group Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising (PAAU) live-streamed their entrance into the Washington (D.C.) Surgi Clinic, where Santangelo works and where he advertises abortion services up to 27 weeks. The group went into the clinic and sat praying and singing. The group avoided all violence. But police were called within minutes of the protest and arrived on the scene, as evidenced in the livestream video.

The Biden Justice Department has no interest in investigating more than 88 attacks on pro-life pregnancy centers, but it will easily pursue harsh sentences for pro-life activists who protest at a late-term abortion facility known for killing full-term infants.
In 2013, abortionist Dr. Cesar Santangelo assured a 24-week pregnant woman that he would not intervene to save the life of her baby if her second-trimester abortion didn’t successfully kill the child.
A Live Action investigator filmed an appointment with Santangelo and captured his admission, which he admitted several times, on camera. As a result of this evidence, combined with evidence of full-term, aborted babies found in the clinic’s “medical waste,” activists were compelled to take action.
The aborted baby bodies were discovered after the clinic protest but proved what activists suspected at the time was true: that Santangelo was killing full-term, born-alive infants. Furthermore, a woman died after fetal tissue was found in her lungs after an abortion at Santangelo’s office.
