Did God or Satan Take the Life of My Son?
Episode 475 | Adriel Sanchez and Bill Maier answer caller questions. Show Notes CoreChristianity.com Key questions answered in today’s show: 1. I’ve been doubting my salvation. I started reading the bible back in the 90s. Back in those days, I was addicted to cocaine, marijuana, porn, smoking and drinking. About 15 years ago I quit drugs, and about two years ago I quit smoking. I’m only about 560 days sober. My question is, am I saved? I know that my life changed, and I’m growing, but I doubt my salvation. So anything you have to say, thank you so much. 2. Almost every Christian church here in South Africa dance during Sunday services. Is it biblical, or is it one of the worldly things being adopted into the church? 3. Three and a half years ago, my 15-year-old son passed away. The autopsy revealed natural causes. I’ve been having terrible PTSD. I know he [my son] is in heaven. My pastor said Satan, not God, took my son. I’m very confused. I believe God calls his children home for a reason, even if it’s early. It took me a year to get the courage to open my son’s laptop, and when I did, I saw that he was planning to commit suicide a few days after he actually died. So I believe that God actually took him before he could do that. But now I’m confused. Did Satan take him? Or did God take him to avoid that? 4. I’m John, a 12-year-old from Charleston, South Carolina. Here is my question: Would you go to hell to save two sinners?
