We looked at how Francis is going to update his 2015 encyclical on the environment soon and asked, “If he can’t see the scam of climate change, how can he have much insight at all?” We looked at a horrific Harrari tweet and a few others, then we also explained what the nice LDS home schooling mom was talking about when she talked about bringing sacred souls to earth. Finished up looking at another man-centered (and failed) attempt to get around John 6 by Soteriology 101. 75 minutes today. Right now it looks like we will be shooting to do a program from the road after I am on with Chris Arnzen on Iron Sharpens Iron next Wednesday.

A Saturday Dividing Line
I didn’t want an entire week to go by without a program, so we snuck one in just under the wire! Gave a bit of a report on where I am as far as surgeries and the like go (another in just over a week), and then I played a short clip from a dialogue Leighton Flowers did recently wherein he spoke of the Spirit’s role, or non-role, in salvation, that is very helpful in focusing upon the real differences between the Reformation and Provisionism, which, I allege in this program, is sub-Roman when it comes to its view of grace.

Road Trip Dividing Line from Ohio
Covered a lot of ground today from the RV park outside Columbus, Ohio, including a look at the Son of Man in Mark 9, some preview of the upcoming debate with Peter van Kleeck, some discussion of cultural developments such as Illinois declaring open season on its own citizens, the emptiness of “conservatism” without a real world-view foundation, etc., and a quick note on MBTS becoming a center for the promotion of the thought and writings of Thomas Aquinas. Honestly don’t think there will be any room to sneak in another program this week, sadly!
