Why do Christians still die if we have eternal life? I don’t understand how the promise of John 3:16 fits with Christians dying? If we have eternal life shouldn’t that mean that we live forever, and if we live forever why do we have to first die? 2. How should we understand forgiveness in the Bible? 3. I’m having a hard time understand what Jesus meant that his yoke is easy and his burden light in Matthew 11:28.  I don’t consider the Christian life to be easy and I was hoping that you could shed some light on it. 4. It seems we are suffering a generational curse in our family. How do we get out of it if it is true? Any spiritual solution? 5. If you don’t go to church you don’t receive God’s gifts. I have some friends that seem like true believers that don’t really go to church. Are you saying they are not saved?

One of the things you have stressed is that the psalms teach us about Jesus, that the Psalms are messianic. Can you explain that? 4. One of the most famous Psalms about Jesus is Psalm 22. What does this Psalm teach us about Jesus?

I feel like the prodigal who has come home but isn’t completely right with God and, I worry about this on a daily basis. 2. I was wondering, what’s the difference between having spiritual gifts and just having a general gifting at something in particular? Why isn’t there a larger list of gifts mentioned in the New Testament? 3. The Bible says that there are different acts that will not inherit the kingdom of heaven. Is this referring to the rewards one gets or do certain acts remove one from going to heaven? 4. Is it really possible to have assurance of salvation in this life? 5. How can we read the Bible in a more Christ-centered way?

He saw this pastor on television that Adam being 6,000 years old. But there is archeological evidence that some Stonehenge in Turkey is something is over 10,000 years old. I don’t know how to answer this. 2. I’m so confused on hearing the Holy Spirit or feeling his leading. when people say ask the holy spirit to help you, I don’t understand because to me, I don’t know when its him. Am I focusing too much on it or should I just not worry about it? 3. Me and my wife are parents of two young children, and we live in a neighborhood with a few gay couples. We’re navigating how to share the love of Christ with them, but also trying not to take sin lightly. If we invite this gay couple over for dinner, do we send the message to our kids that we condone this kind of lifestyle, even if we say otherwise? Do you have suggestions on how to balance loving our neighbors and teaching our children about the seriousness of sin and depravity in this context? 4. I have been reading Judges 11, the judge Jephthah. He promised to sacrifice the first thing that came out of his house. It looks like he scarified his daughter to God. I would appreciate clarification on that.

It seems like there are lots of good people who aren’t Christians and even practice other religions.
