I’m settled into a quiet nook of the woods in East Texas right now, so we did a program that touched on developments in the covid insanity, provided a response on “contextualization” regarding Dr. Keller, and finished with some thoughts focused on Paul’s words in 2 Timothy 2:10.

Covered a number of topics playing off of comments made by Brandan Robertson regarding the resurrection, the Bible, etc. We then talked a little bit about the discovery of an exceptionally ancient inscription in Israel that is highly relevant, and finished up looking at some quotes from Klaus Schwab’s chief scientific advisor, Yuvul Noah Harari.

Theology matters. The substance of what God in His infinite wisdom has revealed to His creatures is the marrow of the joy of the believer’s heart—and mind. Theology matters because theology is possible because of God’s initiative in revelation. What God reveals is, by definition, important, central, vital, life-changing, heart-enrapturing, for all in whom the Spirit dwells. And thanks be
