The Dividing Line will be LIVE at 5:30pm EST

It had been a long time since we did a Radio Free Geneva, so today a proper video crossed my path as I was heading in to the studios, so we went with it. We played, and responded to, this video from “Grace, Mercy, Wrath,” and somehow managed to do it in only an hour! Enjoy!

Yes, Lillibell, We Did Another Radio Free Geneva, and It Was Two Hours Long!
Well, it was actually OVER two hours long, and I still did not finish up, but we made good progress. First I responded to Evangelist Ted Alexander’s comments wherein he not only identified Reformed theology as fundamentally Roman Catholic, but said I am a Catholic, and a plant in the church, etc. and etc. So, we demonstrated he is suffering from some serious cognitive dissonance to be sure. After that full refutation of his claims we moved back to Leighton Flowers and moved into the section where he proves, repeatedly that Provisionism has not efficacious grace. He has passive, powerless, unintentional provisions, but no powerful, purposeful, intentional grace. We will finish up our response to him later, but may not dedicate an entire episode of RFG to it, we will see.

TMS and DMCA, Why I Don’t Worship “A Particular Relational Inflection”
James White, February 24, 2023February 24, 2023, Christian Worldview, Pastoral Theology, Personal, Post-Evangelicalism, Racialism, Reformed Baptist Issues, Road Trip, The Dividing Line, Theology Matters, Thomism We had a technical problem at the start but managed to get in a full hour on the road once again, this time from West Texas. Addressed the Master’s Seminary issue relating to their filing a DMCA against the man who did the work to demonstrate the problems with Peter Sammons’ use of sources in an online class. This is just a matter of integrity and honesty, really, and I hope TMS will do the right thing. Then we looked at the beating of that teacher by a huge black boy recently at a school and asked the unaskable, is there something demonic going on? We finished up looking at “Inseparable Operations” again and asking, what does this actually accomplish for Christ’s sheep?

Trump is not King, Internet Mobs, 4th Grade Playground
Started off with noting a fund raiser for Joshua Haymes’ little boy (kidney transplant) hoping our audience will pull together and help them over the top. Looked at some odd Jimmy Akin comments about Mary and sinfulness, then talked a bit about Trump’s promises and the real, honest mountains he will have to climb to fulfill them, and how unlikely it is Republicans have the backbone to make the hard decisions. Then we started responding to yet another Stephen Wolfe tweet calling me, or at least my views, “moronic.” We demonstrate Dr. Wolfe is lacking in theological acumen (how is that for a nice way to put it?). Finished up with some words for the 4th graders who are tossing sand in the air, demanding attention and not allowing sufficient time for an adult, rational, and thorough response from Tobias Riemenschneider.
